Racing to Achieve Annual Target of 1.5 Million Units! Xuzhou Yingliang Air Conditioners from "Suining Manufacturing" Operating at Full Capacity to Fulfill Orders

On the morning of June 18, reporters observed at Xuzhou Yingliang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s production workshop that Yingliang air conditioners were being seamlessly manufactured through the entire process from stamping, tube bending, welding, injection molding, assembly, testing to packaging. Workers were fully motivated, racing against time to fulfill orders, creating a bustling scene throughout the production facility.

It is reported that Xuzhou Yingliang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Suining Economic Development Zone and was a major investment project attracted by Xuzhou in 2023. Established by Chongqing Yingliang Industrial Co., Ltd., the company primarily focuses on creating an intelligent home appliance manufacturer integrating R&D, complete unit production, component manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service, with air conditioners as its main product and other smart appliances as supplements. Construction began on March 27, 2023, and the first air conditioner rolled off the production line in just 7 months and 20 days.

 "Our orders keep coming in, and the production lines have been operating at full capacity since March. Currently, about 2,000 finished products come off the line daily, with June's scheduled production reaching approximately 60,000 units. Over 400 workers across the factory are working overtime to meet production targets, aiming for 1.5 million units annually," said Wu Zhenyu, OEM Director of Xuzhou Yingliang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.  Inside the workshop, machines are running and workers are busy - this "red-hot" production scenario can be seen throughout Xuzhou Yingliang's facilities.
