Xuzhou Yingliang Intelligent Air Conditioner Industrial Park is located in Suining, the core area of the Huaihai Economic Zone. The park covers approximately 261 acres with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and a construction area of about 214,000 square meters. The industrial park mainly focuses on Yingliang air conditioners, supplemented by motors, electronic controls and other well-known smart home appliances, forming a complete smart home appliance industry chain base integrating R&D, complete unit production, accessory production, sales and after-sales service.

Within the park, the combined area used by complete air conditioner plants and supporting factories is about 150,000 square meters, including approximately 91,000 square meters for complete unit plants, 36,000 square meters for supporting factories, and about 12,000 square meters for supporting facilities such as offices, dormitories and canteens. The complete air conditioner project has an investment of 250 million yuan to build an annual production base of 1.5 million sets of energy-efficient complete air conditioners and related R&D and production facilities. At full capacity, it is expected to produce 6,000 sets of complete air conditioners daily (1.5 million sets annually), with post-technical renovation capacity reaching 10,000 sets daily (3 million sets annually).

Xuzhou Yingliang mainly focuses on household split-type air conditioners, supplemented by household central air conditioners and seafood refrigeration units, while reserving technologies for kitchen-specific air conditioners, roof-mounted vehicle air conditioners, and fresh air conditioners to gradually expand into niche markets. Currently, 34 models under development cover cooling-only/heat-pump, fixed-speed/inverter types, ranging from wall-mounted to cabinet units, from 1HP to 5HP. The project has applied for 14 patents, including 11 utility model patents and 3 invention patents. Upon completion, the park is expected to achieve an annual total output value of about 3 billion yuan, annual tax revenue of approximately 50 million yuan, and create employment for about 2,000 people.

In terms of R&D, Yingliang Intelligent Technology has gathered core personnel from first-tier brand manufacturers and has prepared applications for 14 patents, including 3 invention patents and 11 utility model patents. The product platform demonstrates significant advantages in performance, noise level, comfort, reliability and design cost compared to industry competitors.
