Xuzhou Yingliang Smart Air Conditioning Industrial Park is located in Suining, the core area of Huaihai Economic Zone. The park covers approximately 261 acres with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and a construction area of about 214,000 square meters. This industrial park primarily focuses on Yingliang air conditioners, supplemented by motors, electronic controls, and other high-end smart appliances, forming a comprehensive smart home appliance industrial base integrating R&D, complete unit production, component manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service.

The park's air conditioner assembly plant and supporting facilities occupy approximately 150,000 square meters in total, including about 91,000 square meters for the assembly plant, 36,000 square meters for supporting facilities, and 12,000 square meters for offices, dormitories, canteens and other supporting facilities. The air conditioner assembly project involves an investment of 250 million yuan to establish an annual production capacity of 1.5 million sets of high-efficiency energy-saving air conditioners along with related R&D and production facilities. At full capacity, daily production is expected to reach 6,000 sets (1.5 million annually), with potential to increase to 10,000 sets daily (3 million annually) after technical upgrades.

Xuzhou Yingliang primarily produces household split-type air conditioners, supplemented by household central air conditioners and seafood refrigeration units, while developing technologies for kitchen-specific air conditioners, roof-mounted vehicle air conditioners, and fresh air systems to gradually expand into niche markets. Current R&D covers 34 models including cooling-only/heat-pump, fixed-speed/inverter types, ranging from wall-mounted to cabinet units with capacities from 1HP to 5HP. The project has applied for 14 patents, including 11 utility models and 3 inventions. Upon completion, the park is expected to generate annual output value of approximately 3 billion yuan, annual tax revenue of about 50 million yuan, and create around 2,000 jobs.

In R&D, Yingliang Smart Technology has gathered core personnel from leading brands and has prepared to apply for 14 patents, including 3 invention patents and 11 utility model patents. The product platform demonstrates clear advantages over industry competitors in performance, noise levels, comfort, reliability, and design cost.
